Across our nation and around the globe, Kingdom-minded business people are linking together to change the world for Christ. CEO's, professionals and office workers, building contractors and entrepreneurs; all of them are learning to use their position in the marketplace to affect change on a world-wide scale. These are ordinary Christians who don't just believe - they know that they can make a difference.
The ICCC is a worldwide network of committed business people who view their businesses and their roles in business as instruments for God's purposes. The ICCC serves to encourage, edify, connect, unite and launch like-minded Kingdom business people into meaningful dialogues, plans and ventures appropriate to God's agenda for our day. The practical outworking of the ICCC is to approach business from a higher plane - with the result of releasing the authority, wisdom and power of God through Jesus Christ into the operation of the marketplaces of the world.
The ICCC has been birthed in obedience to a vision given to Swedish businessman J. Gunnar Olson which calls for a worldwide network of committed businesses in contact with each other, exchanging ideas, products and services; helping sustain and strengthen each other materially and spiritually; and by its very existence, proclaiming the rightful authority of Christ to the world at large.
The mission of the ICCC is to serve as a vehicle in extending the operation and principles of the wisdom, love and rule of God Almighty through His Son Jesus, into the marketplaces of the world.
Central to this mission is the purpose of releasing business people to function within God's Kingdom: helping release the anointing into their respective businesses, and redeeming businesses, business people and finances for the Lord through the outward manifestation of an inward walk of faith. Also central to this mission is the mobilizing and networking of kingdom entrepreneurs, executives and government leaders into purposeful, strategic kingdom initiatives underway in our day.
The call of ICCC is encapsulated by the words from Malachi 3:17-18:
". And those, says the Lord, shall I have as my own in that day, when I do my work, and I will spare them as a father spares his son that serves him. And you shall once again see the difference . between him that serves the Lord and him that serves Him not .".
Purpose
To release business people to function within God’s Kingdom (i.e.):
- To help release the anointing into businesses
- To redeem businesses, business people and finances for the Lord through the outward manifestation of an inward walk of faith.
- To mobilize and network Kingdom entrepreneurs, executives and government leaders into purposeful, strategic kingdom initiatives
Aims and Purposes
The object of this Association (international and national) is dedicated to release and make available the Lord´s resources, to stimulate development of member businesses and services, and to undertake important national and international projects of an all-inclusive nature which have as their objectives the extension of the Kingdom of God in the world today and the rendering of support to various national and international organizations and churches which can further the Kingdom of God.
The Association shall stimulate national and international contacts and promote exchange between its members. The activities may, for example, include: sponsoring seminars and courses for leadership development and conferences for instruction and inspiration, arranging visits and study trips for the creation of new contacts, relaying of consultation services in order to develop the potential of member businesses, providing opportunities for members to distribute information on their activities and to inform about job openings and leadership positions, publishing literature relative to the purposes of the Association, providing news and information about member businesses in crises, in the form of expert advice and counsel, spiritual counselling, prayer and other assistance. The aims and purpose of this Association are fully expressed in this Constitution, which the Association and its members shall follow.
Who should join the ICCC?
ICCC is a chamber of commerce that in principle is designed to support people in commerce and in particular, those who have businesses. But ICCC acknowledges this can mean you either own your own business, or are a steward or employee of someone else’s business.
One can also become a member as an individual working in the marketplace.
ICCC is a non-denominational group of people pertaining to the Christian faith and therefore is open to anybody who relates and supports the aims and objectives of the organization and the beliefs that we stand for as found in the constitution.
